Brian Y. Gordon, CFA, CFP, CIM, MBA, FCSI

Prof. Gordon is the Exam Success Founder and Director of Learning.

Prof. Gordon is a former tenured Professor in the School of Business at Centennial College in Toronto where he taught Economics, Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, the Canadian Securities Course, Personal Financial Planning and Investment Management.

Prof. Gordon is also a former part-time faculty member at Concordia University in Montreal, where he taught Economics and Investment Management courses in the combined CFA/MBA program.

Prof. Gordon has also lectured at Ryerson University in Toronto teaching Corporate Finance.

Since 1999, Prof. Gordon has been a featured lecturer and workshop facilitator for CFP and CFA review programs offered across Canada.

Prior to entering academia, Prof. Gordon developed his expertise in the discount brokerage, full service brokerage and banking industries, specializing in investment management, business development, strategic sales and marketing, and wealth management training.

Brian holds a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in the UK, and was awarded his CFA charter in 1999. In 1995, Prof. Gordon was granted a fellowship from the Canadian Securities Institute, earning the prestigious FCSI designation.

Prof. Gordon successfully challenged the CFP Professional Proficiency Examination and was awarded the right to use the CFP designation in 2005.

Vikram Iyer, CFA, MS Finance

Vikram is a CFA Instuctor with Exam Success.

Vikram has more than 10 years of experience as a University Professor and CFA exam-prep trainer. His areas of teaching expertise include Corporate Finance, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Portfolio Management and Derivatives.

Vikram is an active volunteer in CFA Institute’s mentoring programs.

In addition to teaching, Vikram is a Sr. Analyst, Structured Credit and Risk Management at HOOP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan).

Vikram earned the CFA Charter in 2009 and a Masters in Finance in 2007.

David Del Burgo (Passed all 3 CFA Levels), MBA, B.Eng

David is a CFA instructor and tutor with Exam Success.

David has more than 10 of experience teaching CFA prep.

David holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

David has passed all 3 exam Levels and was a CFA Charterholder in 2017, (but he no longer maintains active status).

Gerry Ramos, CFA, MBA, CFP, CIM, LLM

Gerry is a content development and training specialist with Exam Success.

Gerry adds nearly two decades of financial industry leadership and academic experience. 

Gerry is an adjunct Professor in the combined CFA/MBA program at Concordia University. He is also a lecturer at the University of Ontario and an active volunteer with the Toronto CFA Society. 

Vijay Bandlamudi, CFA, CFP, MFin

Vijay is a tutor with Exam Success.

In addition to his 10+ years of experience in academia, Vijay has several years of management experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry and has held positions in Financial Planning, Wealth Management and Training at the Royal Bank of Scotland, and the Standard Chartered Bank.

Vijay currently works as an Associate at HollisWealth, Scotia Capital Inc.

Kismet Goodbaum, BA (Hons), CIM

As Director of Student Services at Exam Success, Kismet provides collaborative leadership for a variety of activities and resources related to the effective delivery and continuing enhancement of instructional programs and services to Exam Success students.

Kismet manages everything from student enrolments and advising, to scholarship opportunities, retention and external partner outreach and is also an integral marketing resource who often supports the delivery of events, social media and publications.

Before Exam Success, Kismet worked in Financial Services Marketing at Russel Canada where she was responsible for the development and production of sales tools and client marketing materials.

Kismet received her undergraduate education at York University and completed her CSC, CPH courses and the CIM designation prior to attending the Schulich MBA program at York University in Toronto.

Tanya Fremont, MBA

In her role as Director of Sales and Marketing, Tanya is dedicated to the development of Exam Success' sales and marketing strategy from concept to implementation. She also oversees the cultivation of new programming as well as the generation and management of corporate sponsorships and external relationships.

Prior to joining Exam Success, Tanya held Senior Marketing and Account Management positions at Disney Canada, The Loyalty Group (AIR MILES) and Signature Vacations.

Tanya earned a degree in Spanish from the University of Western Ontario, attended business school at ITESM in Monterey Mexico and holds an International MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
